Earlier we reported that NWA President, William Patrick Corgan, would make a major announcement regarding the future of the company at the conclusion of tonight’s NWA ‘Super’ Powerrr. ‘Super’ Powerrr was set to be the go home episode leading up the the Crockett Cup pay-per-view.

As promised, at the end of the show Corgan announced that it’s difficult to host wrestling during these times. He also went on to say that they have put in too much work to fold to 70+ year old company. Instead, they are introducing a new program, titled ‘Carnyland’, which according to Corgan is an idea they’ve had since he purchased the National Wrestling Alliance.

There wasn’t many more details other than the name of the new program, but it won’t be long until we know more. We only need to wait one more week until we can see the debut episode. You can guarantee, we’ll be glued to YouTube next week and as always we’ll keep you posted with the full results and details.
